Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) CET or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping areas & delivery times (after dispatch)

Spain (mainland & Balearic Islands): 48–72 business hours.

European Union: 3–5 business days (typical).
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to remote locations, weather, customs/security checks, or peak-season volume.

Spain: Free standard shipping on orders €50+.

European Union: Free standard shipping on orders €100+.
Orders below the free-shipping threshold will see the exact rate at checkout (based on destination, weight/volume, and service level).
Carriers & tracking
We ship with reputable carriers. A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships.
Address issues
We can’t ship to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please review your details carefully; reshipment costs for returned packages due to address errors may be charged to the customer.
Delayed, lost, or missing parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us with your order number so we can assist. If a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
If no specific delivery time was agreed, EU rules require delivery within 30 days; after that you may set a new reasonable deadline or cancel the order for a refund.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging/materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim and help promptly.
Pre-orders / back-orders
Items marked as pre-order/back-order will ship once available. Your order may be held to ship together when all items are ready (unless otherwise stated).
Holidays & peak periods
During public holidays or seasonal peaks, processing and transit times may be slightly longer than usual.
