📆 Return Period
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Include all original tags and be in its original packaging.


Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


⚠️ Food items cannot be returned if the conditions above have not been met, particularly if they have been opened, handled, or used, due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

Once your return request is approved:
You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.


Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved due to damage or error, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


If the return is not due to a defect, refunds will be issued via a store credit gift card, redeemable on our website.
